Spare time and recreational section

Debrecen Sport Centre starts its Spare time section from autumn 2007, which’ introduction open day will be held on 3rd June, 2007 where little ones and grown-ups, children and parents can join in our spare time programs.

Everyone is welcomed on our open day!

Open: at 9.00 a.m.
Close: stay with us until you enjoy it!
On the open day, the whole family from 1-100 years old can do sports.

10.30 - 11.00.      Cooper run and assessing of the state of health
11.00 - 12.00.      2007 m. Walking for health
14.00 - 14.30.      Cooper run and assessing of the state of health
14.30 - 15.30.      2007 m. Walking for health

Grassy field:

10.30 - 11.00.      Baby-mother gymnastics
11.00 - 11.30.      Children’s gymnastics
11.30 - 12.00.      Yoga for everyone
14.00 - 14.30.      Competition of throwing small balls
14.30 - 15.00.      Yoga for everyone
15.30 - 16.00.      „Everyone needs some sports!”
From 11.00 drawing competition for the small ones

Ball games and matches during the whole day:

• Handball
• Basketball
• Football!!!

Fittbalance day in the Hall is a whole-day program.
From 19 hrs there will be a concert.
Apply for the section is possible even on the spot!
