The second meeting of judges and volunteers participating in the European Athletics U23 Championships of this year will be held on 3rd (Saturday) June 2007 in the sport centre of Debrecen Sport Centre Kht. in Oláh Gábor Street (5, Oláh Gábor Street 4032 - Debrecen)

Meeting of head judges, arm-banded judges, event leader judges

Common interpretation of judges’ tasks and requirements.
Place: VIP meeting room, 1st floor of Tribune Building

10:30-12:00
Team meetings

Discussion of the teams’ tasks and movements in the tracks.
Place: see overleaf according to the attached table
Responsible persons: head judges

12:00-13:00
Brigade meetings
Representation of time-tables, discussion of the individuals’ tasks.
Responsible persons: arm-banded judges, brigade leaders

13:00-13:30
Meeting of head judges, arm-banded judges, event leader judges
Discussion of the experience of team meetings and emerging questions.
Place: VIP meeting room, 1st floor of Tribune Building
Responsible persons: László Gál, Imre Nyul

To participate in the meeting is a must! (Only with the written permit of the executive president of the Organising Committee can be accepted to be absent.)
