11th Birch wood-Running

The 11th Birch wood-Running will be arranged on 15th March 2008 in the organization of Hajdú-Bihar County Athletics Association in commemoration of 1848-49 Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence.

We announce a mobilization competition for the event!

The competition will be announced in two categories:

• section mobilizing the greatest number of athletes and trainers altogether
• section mobilizing the greatest number of people in proportion

The winners of categories will each win 50.000 HUF special sportswear purchasing possibility.

Proportions will be defined according to the followings:

• order of the “total participants” will be defined based on the number of members of sections who will be present and perform a distance.
• in the competition of the section’s “proportionate” competition number of the sections’ members will be stated on the basis of January member sheets and the number of participants doing the distance will be compared to it. While counting the proportion the number of athletes taking part in official (league or cup) match or competition in time of the running competition will not be counted into the sections’ base members.

Important!!! Purchasing possibility can be given to the winning sections only if at least 50% of the number of sections’ members participates in the competition. Fewer than 50% participation proportion purchasing possibility can not be received.

Competition participants can perform any distance (considering the announcement of competition), their name essentially have to be in the result list as finishing athletes.
