Dear Trainer Colleagues and Sports Fans,

A former athlete of Debrecen Sport School – Andrea Vincze (graduating physiotherapist) holds a lecture with a practical demonstration connecting to the theme and research of her thesis in the gymnasium of Sámuel Diószegi Secondary and Vocational School (23-27 Böszörményi Str., 4027-Debrecen) from 18.00 hours on 26th February, 2008.

Theme of the lecture: Importance of the horizontal bar and limbering-up exercises in the increase of the leading sportswomen’s and sportsmen’s performance.  Exercises helping to prevent injuries will be demonstrated and athletes who participated in the research of the graduating students are going to tell their experience. To the arising questions Andrea Vincze candidate physiotherapist (theme researcher) and László Suba coach will answer.

Participation in the lectures is free of charge.
