Kata Dobó clapped her hand for the athletes of the Debrecen Sport School

It happens more and more usually but not every day that a Debrecen sport event is organized in Budapest as well. Nárcisz-futás is an event just like this.

Nárcisz-futás is connected to the Hungarian Hospice Foundation more precisely to Gyöngyi Porkoláb, the representative of Hospice in Debrecen; the running event is part of the Méltóság Mezeje program. Last weekend after Debrecen, Budapest organized a successful running festival. The race started with Kata Dobó’s signal but István Gergely Olympic Champion Water polo player and Dani Torres was also present.

Hajdú-Bihar county was also represented: after the warm-up 40 young athletes from the Debrecen Sport School completed the 1.4km run on Margaret Island.
